Bio…
Moises Dario Chavez was born in East Los Angeles. Music education began with clarinet in 4th grade and continued with high school concert and show choir. Moises then attended the San Francisco Conservatory of Music for classical guitar and received an MA in Guitar Performance at CSU East Bay under the direction of Marc Teicholz.
For the past 7 years he has taught high school and middle school guitar, choir, rock band, jazz band, and mariachi for Berkeley and Pasadena Unified School Districts and has held a private studio of guitar, voice, bass, and piano for 15 years.
